Founder of Knox Building Co., Phil Ruggiero has 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Phil perfected his craft in a variety of roles from project engineer, estimator, project manager, and executive vice president, gaining expertise in every aspect of construction management. Phil anticipates client needs, spearheads solutions to technical challenges, and maintains fast track schedules to deliver the highest level of customer service for successful project delivery.
A few notable restaurant projects led by Phil are La Padrona Boston at the Raffles Hotel, Tuscan Kitchen Seaport Boston, Strega Waterfront Boston, Strip by Strega Park Plaza, and multiple Boston and suburban locations for Saloniki, Pressed Café, and Burtons Grill & Bar. In addition, Phil has completed multiple projects in academia for Harvard University, Lesley University, Phillips Exeter Academy, The Rivers School, Walnut Hill School for the Arts, and The Fessenden School.
